I ordered the first one and it worked great when It did. The speakers work when it wanted and turned on when it wanted. I thought it was a setting but everything I did didn't change. Amazon sent me a new one and it's been working much better. I gave this a 3 star base on the experience of removing and putting a new one in. Sounds is good.

Awesome headunit. I installed this headunit, Kicker 6.5s, and Pyle tweeters on my boat. Love the sound.

Installed very easy and looks great. After about 5 months of use, its gone down hill. No radio reception, all static. I've changed antennas and still nothing. Aux and BT worked great at the beginning but now they cut out bad. I've checked everything else, battery is good, all terminals are good, it just cuts out. Boat is stored inside so it's not a weather issue. I will be asking Amazon about warranty or an exchange. For almost $400 you should get better quality.

So, I owe Kicker a big ole apologie. SORRY KICKER! My first review was pretty harsh and it turned out that my issues were all installer error. Make sure you know what your doing... especially before writing a review.After getting the head unit installed properly, it works better than good, its freaking great. It will push 4 speakers fairly well. I had it hooked up to 4- 6.5's and it sounded good. Where this head unit really shined was when I amplified it and hooked it up to a whole system. I picked up SMD's distortion detector and tested this head units limits. This bad boy will turn all the way to max volume without distorting! The zone and sub controls are awesome. The display is visible in direct sunlight and the unit is easy to control while in motion. Can't always say that for touch screens on a boat. I would recommend this head unit to anyone.
